No One Talks About This
The Seven Deadly Sins: Golgius
A minor character of nnt/tsds and one who had a face revel with a bit of monologuing and yet with no clear indication that he will return
It seemed so unnecessary and pointless almost as if it was a mere excuse to present him maskless.
Chapter 179: Pursuit of Hope (online source)
Chapter 180: Wandering Knight (online source) (reference to Zaratras)
It shows that he was running away from villagers who decided to turn him in to assure their own safely. He finds himself in a dense fog (The Forest of White Dreams) and runs into what he assumed was a demon but was really Hawk Mama.
And of course Elizabeth saved him unable to ignore anyone in need regardless of whom it may be
But it is this that throws me off the most...
Understandably he has made poor choices or those that have resulted others demise.
But he is well aware of it and does not deny that he walks a path of darkness. He has also acknowledged Elizabeth's kindness but the way he says it almost seems odd.
Instead of saying something like her being too cheery and naïve or just simply too nice. It makes sense say radiate too much light after he had said spent most of his life in the darkness but it's the 'radiate' that interests me. This is an online translation so the printed English version is likely to be different but still it’s an odd choice of words I think.
Also he says most of his life; that makes me even more curious like I wanna think he’s a demon but frankly that doesn’t make much sense especially given the fact that they terrify him and that he’s pretty damn sure he’s gonna die sooner or later.
Am I being over analytical? Yeah but this has been stuck in my head for probably months now. I had been waiting for some hints in the newest chapters that may indicate some comeback.
I think he has potential it’s just why bother reintroducing him; not that I mind I really like his character.
I really love to seem some sort of teamwork between him and Meliodas or even Elizabeth *Spolier?* after her reawakening as a Goddess, her former self.
