This is the Superior Gollux Ring, bought from the coin shop for 160 coins. Gollux drops the belt and pendant, but the earrings must be bought (110 coins). To get superior equips, all body parts of Gollux must be active during the fight, and he has HP values similar to Chaos RA bosses, while 1/1ing like crazy. Scrolls to enhance the Superior items are one time buy only.
On the bright side, the set effect for the four equips are 20 all stats, HP/MP +1500, HP/MP 13%, 30% boss, 30% def ignore. You can wear multiple Gollux rings on one character.
