Been a while
So I haven't posted in a while I guess there have been more changes. So I'm down to 109.8 lbs as my lowest I've officially lost 60 lbs. Now I'm trying to work on strength gaining muscle and losing fat. I'm at about 21% body fat the goal is to get to get down to 17% or lower by the end of the summer. I lift a lot now so by adding the gym into my routine more I should be able to do this. I've also started aerial silks to work on my upper body and flexibility it's super fun. I also am planning on running a half marathon in the fall I can run 23.69 miles so a half should be doable after this summer of training.Oh and last but not least I'm gonna be a spartan!!! I signed up for my first spartan race on june 2nd so if I'm alive after that I'm a spartan.
