Do you think Ethan feels insecure about his look/his body (or some part of it) sometimes?
No, I don’t think he does—not because he feels particularly confident about his body (he doesn’t), but because he couldn’t care less about the aesthetics. He focuses on its function, good physical condition and health, the rest seems largely irrelevant to Ethan.
I believe that he used to be very insecure in the past, though. Being that nerdy, tall teenager with a big nose and bushy brows must’ve been quite a journey given his family history and all his mental issues. Everything changed sometime during med school when he had his ✨glow up✨ and a change of perspective. He’s been focusing on his overall physique and health ever since.
