seriously
“Strength” workout tonight. Only did a single set each of the “main” lifts, with the lightest weight I could think of as being reasonable. Unlike bench and overhead press day (yesterday) I’m much more likely to get sore from leg stuff and being sore from leg stuff is oh-so-much more annoying, especially when I have an upcoming hot date with an elliptical machine.
I passed on the elliptical/office gym today partly because I ran out of time, partly because of YET ANOTHER new mystery pain*, and partly because we were busy sharing memes** in my team’s slack chat.
---
* This time it’s my left ankle. At first it felt broken (it’s not) but as the day progressed the pain has waned and waxed.
** Have you heard about the alligator in one of Chicago’s lakes? And Tennessee issuing warnings about flushing drugs leading to “meth gators”? Yeah. Also Greg was afraid he ran a server out of disk space but it turns out he was hardly using any at all. Good guy Greg.
So I’m working on a fanmix that still has a ways to go but anyway here’s the cover for it...
