I've decided to start becoming a vegan to help clear my skin up and improve my mental illnesses as much as possible. It shouldn't be too hard for me since I became vegetarian one day because why not and completely gave up sugar and processed foods easily to lose weight, but I'm going to take this slowly instead of completely changing my diet in one day.
