The last time Ruby had seen the Winchesters she was dragged away to Purgatory. But, when some one found a way out so did she. Let's be honest, Ruby hadn't made an effort to find Sam or Dean. Though she loved Sam, her previous fuck up was terrible. But, the world is a small one, because Ruby caught sight of dear sweet Dean Winchester. "Shit." She cursed under her breath. 'Wait why am I worried?' She wondered 'I'm in a new vessel he couldn't possibly know it was me.' Ruby thought she could manage dodging Dean altogether. But, we all know Dean he just has to flirt with pretty woman.
