Morning ramble;

I don’t care for shipping Max with either Brad or Roxanne and that most of you don’t really care to test out the full potential of Max Goof’s bisexuality (except you guys that ship him with Yakko Warner never saw that coming so like good job I guess) because PJ is literally a childhood friends to romance that not only Max needs, PJ needs, since Max is literally the only one who knows how fucked up PJ’s home life was with Pete and how he only got peace when he was either at Max’s house or when he went to see Peg on the weekends and how Brad and Tank could have also been a parallel to that but like idk Brad doesn’t know how not to fumble bad bitches since it’s all he does in the movie

But putting that aside I don’t actually think PJ and Max would date until their late twenties and that they lost touch after college because PJ decided to rush things with Mocha (not calling her Beret Girl because I hate that she doesn’t have a name and I like to think that her name actually is Mocha and Bradley knows she hates being called Mochachino and prefers Mo) and got married just to distance himself from his dad more but the marriage didn’t work out and Max and Mona had just broken up after a failed long distance relationship with Mona moving out of country for a job

They’d start hanging out again and I think they’d just naturally fall into it. I actually think that they’d reconnect through Bobby and would all get together for a little “I have a college degree but still stuck in my small town” party and would stick back to talk even after Bobby leaves because Max would want to know why PJ never called or even did the bare minimum and look him up on his socials and PJ knows he doesn’t have and excuse for not looking Max up and shutting his best friend out and the two get into an argument that turns into them making out to them going farther than that to them waking up in the morning, PJ full of dread and Max surprisingly fine with it.

Yeah it would have their complications because for one PJ probably didn’t figure that he was gay or bi or whatever he was until he kissed Max and wouldn’t be sure how to pursue a relationship with him, meanwhile Max, who’s been openly bi since college, would straight up just ask PJ what he wants and would give him space and time to decide but overall I think they’d take it slow and get there

And for two I think that Pete would have a Terry Milkovich reaction as in he’d get violent towards PJ and would be upset that his “Only son is a (outdated slur for gay person here pick any one I can hear Pete saying any) !” and would probably try to figure out how to blame Max or Goofy for “brainwashing his son” or would turn it on Peg for being “too soft on him” I just don’t think it would be a good reaction

Idk I have more for this but I’m losing fire
