  Google 今日在台北舉辦 「Made by Google 」台灣發表會，正式宣佈在台灣推出最新的 Pixel 3 系列智慧型手機以及與週邊配件，即日起台灣的消費者可在 Google 商店線上訂購最新的 Pixel 系列產品，11 月 1 日起商品將陸續出貨。此外，Google 也同時宣布 Google 助理 (Google Assistant) 中文版的首度問世，台灣更是中文版上線的第一站。而這個繁中版本也是針對台灣人的語言使用習慣所開發，搭載 Android 5.0 以上版本且符合條件的智慧型手機的使用者可陸續開始體驗 。初次使用僅需長按手機的 HOME 鍵，就能啟動 Google 助理，之後只要對著裝置說出「Ok Google」，便可用中文和它對話、傳達指令。
