Nokia Routing Maps Apps to Android and iOS

Nokia is preparing to release versions of its mapping application for the Android and iOS platforms. Nokia executive Sean Fernback told The Wall Street Journal the apps will offer features not available to Google Maps and Apple Maps.

Nokia's Android launcher could make your phone a whole lot smarter

The ‘smart' Android launcher aims to clear up messy home screens and the folders of preinstalled apps that seem to come as standard on most handsets running Google's OS. So, for example in the morning there are icons on the home screen for LinkedIn, Gmail and Google Maps but in the evening they're replaced by Facebook, Spotify and YouTube.
