Gooper Blooper is Mario Sunshines other Generic Enemy turned Boss or a GEB for short they don't quite have the long list of appearances like Petey does but they did show up in... Sticker Star? oh god sorry Goopy Bloopy you deserved SO much better

Oh, hey quick aside, the patterns on this Gooper Blooper Sprite are actually directly based on the Sticker Star one! this is because that one has Symmetrical Spots and that works better for me
