Violence Erupts at Anti-Pride School Assembly Protest in North Hollywood

One man was beaten and left unresponsive on the ground as an anti-Pride protester yelled “he has to suffer.”

The Republicans and Christo-Fascists have pushed so many lies and demonized LGBTQ+  in their fact free culture wars that this is the result.  The potential for violence is going to increase during Pride 2023 with the corrupt Republicans and the perverted Christians denying any responsibility.

Conservatives think Chick-fil-A is woke now?

The right-wing outcry over the fast food chain, briefly explained.

Now the right wing haters are in a tizzy about anti-gay Chick-fil-A for its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program.  Do they boycott a company that has a history of contributions to anti-LGBTQ+ organizations but now is “woke”? Yes? No?  What a predicament for the self-righteous bigots and racists.   

We have the Christo-fascists in Texas and Florida leading the fact-free culture wars that are resulting an increase in threats and violence.

Schwartz sees the emergence of these boycotts as a direct result of state legislatures across the country pushing bills that emphasize anti-trans messaging and that attempt to curb the teachings of Black history and race. “Part of what makes this year different is the legislative environment has created so much momentum around the idea of LGBTQ identity as a danger to our popular culture,” Schwartz told Vox. “When you get a populace that fired up, at some point it’s got to come out.”

Bomb threats made against Target stores in Utah, Ohio and Pennsylvania over Pride controversy

Police investigated bomb threats made against Target stores by someone apparently upset the retail chain removed or relocated LGBTQ merchandise.

The Heritage Foundation - a “conservative” right wing “Christian” group which promotes voter suppression legislation and has for years conducted an anti-LGBTQ+ campaign that includes fact free smears and outrageous lies - has spent huge amounts of money to turn transgender into a wedge issue for political reasons.  Right wing Republican culture wars are full of exaggerations, lies and emotional triggers meant to deceive and divide average Americans. 

Billionaire Rebekah Mercer (from the same Mercer family that worked with Stephen Bannon to create Cambridge Analytica, illegally obtained data to create propaganda and lies to influence Americans during the 2016 election, then threw Bannon under the bus when the Federal Elections Commission started investigating) has used her wealth to prop up the hateful anti-American Heritage Foundation.
