GoPro Troubleshooting Question!!!
I went diving yesterday for the first time since February and it was AMAZING😍😍 We saw so many beautiful critters; stingrays (Southern and yellow spotted), flounder, eels, crabs, shrimp, groupers, and more! I took a bunch of pics and videos on my GoPro Hero4 Silver and am trying to figure out how to transfer them to my iPhone 8. Normally I’d sync any new media with the GoPro app I have on my phone, but for some reason it’s not showing any new photos or videos taken after October 2019. I’ve tried downloading the latest software updates, deleting and reinstalling the app, connecting the camera to my laptop with a USB cord...nothing works. I’m thinking it has something to do with both my phone and camera being slightly older models😆 But I refuse to shell out ridiculous amounts of money for new devices as long the models I currently have still work! So I’m thinking of getting a micro SD card reader to manually transfer the media to my laptop. Does anyone have any other potential solutions? Any and all suggestions are most appreciated💜
