*Buggy zooms right past the door, right after there is a loud crash, there’s a small wheel rolling by, looks like a wheel from a shopping cart*

*Theres laughing coming from down the hallway*

Instinct takes over and Gorgon is picking up the first aid kit she keeps under her desk and bolting into the hall.

"Who's injured, what's broken?"

It's about the loudest she gets under normal circumstances. Aka slightly above a normal speaking voice.

*Theres a slightly knock on the door*

*Buggy is on the other side! She’s holding a small bucket filled with sugar cookies behind her*

Hello pal! How are you doin? Brought some cookies!

*She hands over the bucket to Gorgon*

"Ah, hello-"

She looks, surprised, seeing the younger agent, taking the bucket carefully as its handed over. She seems to have just gotten in for the day judging by how her things aren't put in their proper places yet.

"I am, well, and you?"

She sets the bucket down in a corner that seems to accumulate snacks.

Hello, Agent Gorgon!

I'm Agent-in-training Felix! I'm trying to get to know everyone in the agency before any.. awkward bump-ins.

The researcher jumps in her seat, blinking a few times before letting out a breath.

"Hello agent Felix, quite a task you've given yourself. I've heard of you before yes, I've just been out sick for a while."

Its not quite a pleasant tone, nor is it unpleasant, just very soft, and a little bit breathless from the startle, she turns, dipping her head lightly in greeting.

"Nice to meet you."

[agentgorgonspeaking]

*Bugs sneaks into the office*

*She places a pumpkin bucket full of candy she got from trick or treating onto the desk*

*Then sneaks away before anyone could see her*

Gorgon walks in afterwards, looking at the pumpkin with confusion.

"Hmm, I could have sworn-"

[Oleander walks past the door, out of their office for the first time in a few months, wings folded to their back.]

Theoretically Gorgon should stop questioning things. Theoreticals aren't actualities however. She cleared her throat, knowing her voice likely wouldn't be heard otherwise.

"Hello? I don't believe I've seen you down in research before."

*Buggy peeks through the door, she looks… like she just walked through a fire…*

Hello!! Tried making these!

*She holds out a box of brownies*

Sadly the first two attempts ended in….. well….. possibly a fire

BUT! Third time’s the charm! Hope y’all enjoy it!

Gorgon does the adult double take of concern, eyes bulging for a moment. She takes a breath.

"I see, thank you Buggy, you've got something- let me-"

She's kept wipes in her office since Basi was a baby. You never know just what your child will be climbing in or somehow come back covered in after all- she's still not entirely certain how the fake snow incident had happened, she fished two out and- after setting the brownies to the side- goes to fuss, then stops. A brilliant red warning sign in her minds eye. She clears her throat.

"If you would allow me to that is- I'm sorry I'm more used to Basi and their friend who are both used to my fussing-"

There's a knock at the door to Georgia's office.

"Agent Gorgon?" Calls a familiar voice. "It's Valkyrie. Do you have a moment?"

Gorgon takes a deep breath, she's not one for interruptions, but Valkyrie's not Some People (coughshawnfromhrcough) and doesn't bother or interupt for no reason, she rolls away from her desk, taking a moment to touch the small glass paperweight with the flower inside it for strength.

"Come in, nothing I'm working on is live, just database tidying right now."

Honestly she probably needs the eye break.

*A young girl, seemingly in her teens, pops up*

Hello hello! I’m Buggy , one of the agents here, nice to meet ya!

*She hands over a bucket of flowers*

Gorgon looks, surprised, to see someone so young, but adopts a softer expression then her normal murderglower and accepts the bucket gracefully, setting it to the side on her desk, which is in its usual state of chaos.

"Why, hello there Buggy, I don't know what I've seen you before, then again, most field agents aren't visiting research all to often"

She turns in her chair, giving Buggy her full attention, and notably not leaning over to adjust any height differences.

"You can call me Gorgon, or Georgia if your certain there aren't any hot coms around, it's lovely to meet you."

Gorgon wipes her hands on a nearby towel, then offers Buggy one to shake.
