Representing the sin of Envy, Filch occasionally spawns in the middle of big rooms. You can tell if Filch is in a room if there is a lime green light (Similar to Slight and Heed.)
If you go under Filch, it'll take a random item from you (It doesn't take Doombringers) and said item will be gone until the next saferoom.
Also, I made some modifiers for em'
From left to right,
A Little Envious - Filch is smaller now.
Tight Space - Filch now spawns in small rooms.
Give to The Needy - Filch might take more than it wants.
I hit the grace entities with the "opposite day" beam
Or in other words what if they represented virtues instead?
Explaination and gameplay vv
Lore: this take place inside Sin's domain. And so each entities are in reality God trying to protect you from Sin repeated attack, entities spawning each time Sin is about to attack and needing you to do what they require in order to block Sin's onslaught.

-Shine (/Sorrow) [self love/selfcare]
the sky box and the fog will become yellow and a golden circle will appear somewhere with open sky. After a few second the players' vision will darken greatly and anyone not in the circle will die
-Easter (/Carnation) [the truth/facts]
the bordure will become pink and Easter will spawn a few room ahead of the player, if the player does not reach Easter before it reaches its burrow, the player will die.
-Artsy (/Litany) [not succumbing to pressure/creativity]
a command will appear on the player's vision for a few second. Do not do the command. (Command like crouch, jump, flash, don't jump, etc)
-Cliklok (/Kookoo) [holding your promises]
its square eyes will display a number and its arrow eye will point down, before slowly turning upward; when it point up, if the player is not holding the object in the displayed slot they will die
-Coffer (/Dozer) [humility]
Same mechanic as Dozer because I couldnt think of one and think it fits
-Clown (/Mime) [abstinence]
-Sweetoo (/Seesay) [genuine compliments]
will appear in front of the player with its mouth/eye open and you have to flash it a certain number of time before it closes
a bunch of floating orbs will spawn in certain room, Clown will highlight the path to avoid them. Touching an orb slows you down, touching too many orb ik the same room, kills you
Had a hard time coming up with its design, I suppose it's like an evil version of Rig /j. But has a strong relation to Kookoo.
It's mechanic is to cling on to you, not letting go, and slowing you down overtime. And gets you killed off by other Entities or by it if left for too long.
There's an indicator of it and it's the screen slowly changing to blue and glitching out.
(The Slowness Effect and Slowly killing you off can be stacked with Modifiers.)
And in order to get it off you is to shake your camera.
It appears in the room where you go through, just standing or hiding. Just go around them or don't run up to them so they don't cling on to you. They don't leave the room they are assigned in.
They represent the sloth, laziness, procrastination as such.
Trying to take a break is ok, but doing it continuously while you still have neglecting unsolved problems is not, which is a sin.

I saw @sleep1nkarkas 's grace oc and it made me want to finish my own. :〕
What it does: Blinded will appear on the player's screen and will slowly fade, flashing it 3 time will enrage him, causing him to kill the player
Having no light out will cause him to disappear faster
It represent the act of denying the truth, choosing to believe the lie that favor you, even when presented with overwhelming fact and proof.
Design analysis vvv
The face changing represent to "false truth" that the person believe, at first it is nice, normal and friendly, even if it has some visible hole in it. But as you flash light on it, it reveals itself to not be a simple smily face but an angry and agressive face, that is wrong and whose construction doesn't make sense.
For the full body, it is related to carnation(lie) so that's why it is made of wood and leaves. It isn't a liar by itself but it believes in lies so that why the back of its head is a carnation flower
His hands being revealed to be his feets, is to insist on the fact that his truth, is wrong and unstable
