That's a four, then, depends on who it's deadly for, there's plenty of rituals where the practitioner will end up dead as a doornail, and then there's plenty that will kill another. We'll go with the latter.
You need a few corpses. Three's best, something about that number, just good for magic. A pint of blood, a daedra's heart, a bit of honey comb, and a few glowing mushrooms. Put the heart, the honey comb, and the mushroom into a bowl, ebony if you got it, glass if you don't, mash it up into this...pasty wax mess.
Take those three corpses, anoint their mouths, feet, and hands with that mixture you made up. One way or another, find a way to paint a circle with that blood you've collected, all around the corpses. The rest of it, you'll be wanting to paint a number of sigils--no, I ain't telling you what those are, now hush while I finish--all around the outside of that circle there.
Say the right words at the right date--instant plague for the next town over. No, I ain't used it, I can tell you'll be asking that next, but you pick these things up in my line of work, thank you very much.
