So, I saw a really nice piece of wood for sell in the reptile section, and it was just what I've been looking for in terms of size, shape, and character. It was only labeled as grapewood. I've heard some negative things about grapevine used in aquariums, such as white fungus (which I know is normal for almost all wood) and that is breaks down too fast, but are these the same? Is grapewood safe when fully submerged? Does anyone have any experience with its durability?
