Pegasus would, of course, take advantage of their wings to get to all the juicy leaves in the trees, and leave them grounded ponies to their grass and bushes. Pegasi are especially fond of fresh buds and new leaves, at the top of a tree’s crown, as they are the juiciest.
Especially pegasi who take pride in never touching the ground, as proud fliers, can enjoy an easy snack from the trees this way.
Enjoy!
