Dear Sir,
This is regarding help to get my gratuity amount from my last organization as I was working there for 4 year 302 days but organization refuses to reply that you are not eligible for gratuity amount but in other state only 4 year & 240 days for eligibility of gratuity .
Why the same law not followed in our state .
please help me on same .
