Literally so painful to drag myself to events I will enjoy and do things I want to and would be good for me to do. The executives dysfunction, especially when experiencing The Premenstrual Horrors, I literally drag myself kicking and screaming the entire way until I get there and almost universally it’s like “whoohooo this is the best! I wanna stay here forever and always do this every chance I get! “ Like buddy where was this enthusiasm an hour ago when getting on the bus to go there felt like peeling your liver out?

I feel that if I don’t move my body physically in the sunlight and Go Outside to exercise I will wither rot and pass away, BUT consider I have never moved in my entire life not even one single inch off this bed
