Keto Stuffed Pepper with Rice
Keto Vanilla Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting
Enjoy the guilt-free rich and creamy goodness of keto hot chocolate. For those on a ketogenic diet, this low-carb take on the traditional hot cocoa is ideal. This warm and comforting treat will help you stick to your keto objectives while satiating your chocolate cravings.
Ingredients: 2 cups unsweetened almond milk. 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or your preferred keto sweetener. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. A pinch of salt. 1 ounce dark chocolate at least 85% cocoa, chopped. Whipped cream optional. Cocoa powder for dusting optional.
Instructions: The unsweetened almond milk should be heated in a saucepan over medium heat so that it is warm but not boiling. Mix in the vanilla extract, powdered erythritol, unsweetened cocoa powder, and a small amount of salt. Whisk continuously until the sweetener and cocoa powder are completely dissolved. When the dark chocolate has completely melted and the hot chocolate is smooth and creamy, add the chopped dark chocolate to the mixture and stir. If necessary, add more sweetener after tasting to get the desired level of sweetness. Transfer the keto hot chocolate into mugs and sprinkle some cocoa powder and/or whipped cream on top, if preferred. Enjoy your low-carb, keto-friendly hot chocolate while it's still hot!
