Hot and Spicy pickle Green Beans. 4 cups vinegar 2 cup water 1 table spoon red chili flakes 1 jalapeño peppers, sliced pinch cayenne pepper 1/4 cups salt 1/4 cups sugar 3/4 lb green beans Boil all ingredients except green beans. Place green beans in clean jars, pour brine into jars, seal and cool to room temperature. Let sit in the fridge for 2 days before use. For Bloody Mary use.
