Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, cut into fries. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup prepared chili. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup sour cream.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 425F 220C. In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through. While the fries are baking, heat the chili in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through. Once the fries are done, transfer them to a serving platter. Top the fries with warm chili, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and a dollop of sour cream. Serve immediately and enjoy!
