This Green Press Detox Smoothie is full of healthy ingredients that will help your body clean up and feel better. It's a great way to start the day or feel better after a workout.
Ingredients: 1 cup spinach leaves. 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped. 1/2 green apple, cored and sliced. 1/2 lemon, juiced. 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled. 1/2 cup water or coconut water. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 teaspoon honey optional. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Place spinach, cucumber, green apple, lemon juice, ginger, and water or coconut water in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add chia seeds and honey if desired and blend for an additional 10 seconds. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add some ice cubes and blend until well incorporated. Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing Green Press Detox Smoothie!
