10 years ago, on this day (November 8), Johnny was spotted arriving and greeting fans at the Plaza Athénée Hotel, in Paris, France.

Later that day, Johnny was going to attend the premiere of “The Rum Diary”.

ok fam the other night I dreamed that Geddy Lee had somehow become immortal but the price of immortality was confinement to a small plot of land, like as big as a rowhouse. Because it was a rowhouse. Geddy Lee chose immortality but he could never leave, like, x square feet.

And he hung out in there playing bass and making music for about a century, but eventually, as a side effect of the immortality deal, versions of him from other, past points in his timeline began to just show up in the same space. And then versions of him from alternate dimensions: punk band Geddy, etc..

And the building where he lived ended up being a museum. The Museum of Geddy. I think someone else charged admission. Geddy by now is old and a little cranky, though still Geddy Lee. But how would you like to be a museum piece? Not great.
