          There was a chill that suddenly shot down the chimera’s spine, the sensation forcing him to stop in his tracks to come to grip with what he was feeling. Something - no, maybe someone - was behind him, or at least nearby. Ocean blue eyes shifted to wander, slit-type pupils narrowing in a desperate search for what was making him so uneasy. 

          “...Show yourself,” was all he could say, and he could barely even do that. He was bordering unnerved, and his instincts were pulling him toward potential defensive aggression.
