48 hours of intersecting lives and crimes in Los Angeles.

The whole first half is mostly exposition, introducing the different story strands. But things come together in the second half quite nicely.

I enjoyed James Spader's performance.

Side note, first film of Charlize Theron. She looks more attractive today, more than twenty years later.
