i get it :( then i really hope you can feel better! ice water is probably the next best option! idk if you have a fever but i know attempting to sweat it out would help, as miserable as that might feel for a little while

ohhhh gosh im sorry, i just saw your previous post about feeling sick, i hadnt seen it before oopsie. bluh ok dont do that then, maybe just do the blanket thing? take an ibuprofen or tylenol if you can perhaps and try to nap the sick out? D:
