ok and I'm going to do a rewatch and post a coherent response to the episode later, but since everyone in the tag is just going WHY WTF AOISJFLMSKFMALSKFM WHAT
the only reason i can think for adalind to have done what she did:
adalind is not the motherly type i think that is VERY clear. someone said plot-device baby and that this is not.
she is completely using this for a purely selfish reason. her demanding Renard to show his hexenbiest side before she fucked him? this has something to do with getting her powers back. my suspicion is that having a hexenbiest baby inside her will give her hexenbiest powers back.
i would not be surprised if she used this to regain her powers and either abandoned or literally killed the child afterwards without ever using it as leverage against Renard.
