THE SLUDGE
@musicalsingingcolors Hi
Hey look I'm somewhat in time for an art trend for once lol!
I'll always take the opportunity to remind people of Infinity Train
A comic about nail polish.
thinking abt simon being misogynistic in a strange freak way despite only being raised in “real” society for like 10ish years. a lot of his prime developmental years are spent on a magic train completely separated from the real world. he spends this time practically WORSHIPPING a strong, capable woman. yet he still grew up a boy, a man. (and he’s just a freak in general okay i’m not fully blaming the patriarchy on All That)this woman is a PERSON, and simon is practically blind to this. grace taught simon how to feel, and grace is always right and perfect so when she starts to look back and realize that what she taught simon was WRONG simon can’t belive it. simon worships grace to this point of dehumanizing her. sure, simon doesn’t see grace as nothing but a sex toy or a baby grower but he still doesn’t see her as HUMAN. the pedistal he has put grace on doesn’t allow her to feel and make mitakes and grow. and so when grace abandons the morals she raised simon on, she is suddenly not a god to simon anymore….. and she’s never been HUMAN to him so if she’s not a god….. she must be nothing at all. a null. this opens up the door to simon being more “text book” misogynistic , thinking grace owes him romance/sex and so on
dare i say simon gets a bit freudian with it…😭😭👎he lowkey sees grace as filling a motherly role
More fankids. Bonus a morty
