My friend has a very interesting way of gaining ELO. He's a Jungle main. Every game, he'll always pick one of the 5 enemy players as his "victim". Mostly the one who's been on a losing streak or seems to just be the easiest to target. He'll camp them really hard and make them tilt to the heavens so that they are either busy flaming everyone or rage quit from the match. I think it's just a very cruel strategy, but damn... He wins so many games because of it.
