Sometimes I am my own worst client. . Two weeks ago on Thursday I had a fabulous breakthrough in my feel and with my seat and had been really focusing on that feeling from Hagrid again versus HOW I got it in the first place. Naturally, it fizzled out around last Wednesday and I haven't felt it since . As I'm watching the @getpivo video and writing about what I felt/did in my @theequestrianjournal I had a mental breakthrough: I am over riding him in an effort to force that feeling back. After I wrote that sentence down my body relaxed as if I just took a deep breath. Wow. Okay, yeah. I am doing just that and I would not have noticed unless I actively reflected on that ride and watched yet another daily I really didn't want to. I am still feeling great after my squats on Friday! I've never felt so stable nor been in touch with a lot of whats actually weak. I love it and has put me in a dang fine mood all weekend. . Vid1: Opener attempt @ 235lbs. Still unsure of leg and elbow placement but this was a huge improvement from last week's failed attempt. I'll take it! Vid2: 3/4x6 Box Squat with bands @ 60%.
