Hello Cherubs!
It's been a CRAZY long time since I have posted anything! Sorry about that! Life is crazy busy and focuses change daily and sadly...this is at the bottom of the list (WHOMP WHOMP).
However, I know how lovely and supportive you all are and I wanted to share with you a little slide show!
On Saturday 2/1/2014 my Lesbian threw a "Groomal" party for the Bearded Boy and myself! It was a crazy good time! The night wasn't a surprise itself, but man did they give us some great surprises:
The Drag Queens from our local pub performed an entire show in our honor!
All of the bartenders & Drag Queens donated their tips to our Adoption Fund which we are using in lieu of a Wedding Registry. http://www.gofundme.com/werner-bassen
My Best friend in the entire world not only surprised me by traveling in the snow storm to be there, but he also perfumed in drag for the first time. He oddly enough looks like me in bearded drag.
My Mother surprised me and came out of the curtain at the end of the first number.
It was just all plan nuts and exciting! As we ramp to our actual Wedding day (Cruise leaving 4/20/2014 with 71 guests), we continue to be overwhelmed by the community we have around us and the love that is shown to us. it is very humbling!
