(Figures out the “Grootproofing” Rocket did to his workshop to prevent Groot from getting in. Sneaks his way into said workshop and begins to build a Death Button.)

“DRAX!  I told you t’keep an eye on Groot while I was workin’!”  Why was it always up to Rocket to do EVERYTHING?  It was a good thing he was so reliable, efficient, clever....

He was quick to scoop Groot up into his paw and plop him on his shoulder, continuing to work.  “Groot, y’can barely follow simple instruction an’ y’made Quill cut all your M&Ms in half so y’could chew ‘em more easy.  You ain’t ready to make weapons of destruction yet.  Leave that to me.”

How about for the domestic starmora, Rocket throwing babysitting duties for Groot on them and the hilarity that ensues.

oh for sure! surprisingly, i think gamora would be a natural when it comes to groot, whereas peter is a bit clumsy (but he still tries his best!!) groot would definitely give them a run for their money. :p i like to imagine at the end of all the shenanigans, all 3 of them doze off on the couch in a big snuggle pile.
