Well, it seems there's a lot to be said over a pineapple, dahling. These gents and I went over the fine details of cutting up a pineapple. Start with the crown, cut of the base, then slice your way down. Pineapple added the perfect hint of sweet tartness to the creamy coleslaw we made to go with the Jerk Bbq Jackfruit Sliders we made in today's group cooking class. There was Irie Cream, Jamaican Hard Dough Bread, the occasional reggae music amidst lots of laughter while mastering a new dish.
