Sooooooo I’ve not posted on here for a while. I’m not going to lie, I’ve been taken a little by surprise at just how busy I’ve been in Dec / Jan. So a massive thank you to all my amazing, and patient customers. I will definitely be planning better this time next year! This photo if of an fabulous new vegan cafe in the heart of Manchester Metropolitan University. It was refitted last summer and it’s been so successful they needed more tables from me. They were delivered and fitted by me last week......and no sooner had I put them together they were being used. I then had the most wonderful aubergine and chick pea stew (I was going to use the aubergine emoji then but thought I best not!!!
