Girls FX United
Great to have our MD to drop in to speak to the girls today. Future planning in place.
Next, our Program Manager did a fitting with the outfits from our fashion program. The girls were thrilled to be wearing the designs for the upcoming photoshoot.
Yoga was next on the agenda. Amy, Tawani and Bella spearheaded the class, leading the girls into a quiet yarn in a calm environment to address any issues or concerns they may have. Their mental well-being is our priority.

FX Academy at North Balga Primary School
Get your adrenalin pumping!
We resumed our FX Academy class today at North Balga Primary School with our COO Brett Warner.
The students were taught the basics of how to quickly disable and protect themselves from potential danger. These skills develop their reflexes and instinctual reactions, body control and balance and most importantly, instill discipline and build confidence.
Health and fitness are closely intertwined.

An Outdoor Adventure with Girls FX
Day 3 Youth Week ...an outdoor adventure with Girls FX.
A fun-filled day with a sandcastle competition, swimming and basketball.
The girls will sleep well tonight, ready for tomorrow's Commando Obstacle Course where the girls will be volunteering and competing.
