Summary - The Christmas Cheer is starting to wear Jensen down.

Word Count - 100

A/N - This is another entry for @justagirlinafandomworld's flash fiction challenge round 5. My song prompt for this one was Elves Just Wanna Have Fun by the cast of The Santa Clauses. 

Warning - Excessive Christmas Cheer

Jensen was warm and cozy, in his own bed, and with his favorite girl. He loved being able to be home for the holidays. Lazily, he stretched out his sleep stiff muscles to find that he was alone in bed. He smiled to himself, thinking that you were up early, excitedly cooking breakfast. 

The moment he opened the door, he heard it. Their shrill little voices carried through the entire apartment. 

“Y/N!” he called down the hallway.

But you didn’t hear him, too busy singing along and dancing.

“It’s too early for this,” Jensen said, heading for the coffee.

As a destiel shipper it always seemed to me that Jensen supported Wincest more than destiel. I saw the video of the one incident he shut down kelios but he also shut down destiel multiple times. Isn’t there also a video out there where Jared talks about Wincest and Jensen said you can ship whatever you want and called it a hot fantasy?

Jensen is a complicated man anon. He should be studied as a case study. He went through a time period of avoiding Destiel to being indifferent to it. And his response to episode 18 was just so supportive. His only response to the brothers ship is tolerance and only that. He has to be the middle ground and keep both sides of the fandom satisfied. And that is one of the reasons why he tolerated brother shippers. But I don't think he is even doing that anymore.

I am a believer that Misha and Jensen have something amazing. A beautiful connection between them that we can't comprehend. Something more than platonic.. So my theory is that Jensen chose Misha over Destiel. He would do it again and again if he had to. Think about it. You and your co star are so attracted to each other that the connection is immediately caught up by your audience and now they are on to you. Maybe not something you do deliberately so it annoys the pants out of you that they keep talking about this connection. Something so personal to you that it bleeds into your portrayal. I would be annoyed too.. So that is one of the reasons why I think Jensen denies Destiel tbh. He is not disgusted. He is annoyed that we are seeing it.

Jensen always tease about him and Jared because he isn't insecure. Jared is his brother so is Sam to Dean. His logic is right. Ship whoever you want. But don't rub it on his face. That's how you get disgusted Jensen.

Grumpy Jensen is an act he puts on front to annoy us. It is the Jensen we Destiel shipper get. I know it hurts a little bit. But from the very little I know, I know Jensen is far more supportive towards Destiel than the bros ship. He just doesn't feel like showing it to us.

I dunno what future cons would bring. But I have a feeling he would be a lot supportive. Specially now that he is weeding out.
