reiner watches giddily as the demigods pack the last bit of snow onto the snowman, rounding out its features near-perfectly. if it wasn’t obvious magic was holding it together before, it sure is now. the demigods all congregate in front of it with wonder in their eyes. reiner, when they’re done, leaps to the snowman’s head, clapping thunderous applause as he sits upon the brim of its hat.

he laughs at the prospect, much louder than should be physically possible for his tiny reindeer body, as he melds into the snowman’s head --- much like a person slipping into a pod. as soon as he does, the snowman bursts to life, reinforcing it’s stick arms with snow and even sprouting legs.

multi-, technicolored magic swirls around the snowman, then out to envelop the camp in a dreamy state. this feels like one encounter you cannot run from.

an opponent has appeared within camp.
this will be run through discord, much like the halloween encounters. it starts january 6th at 3pm pst and runs until one side dies.
this takes place, canonically, before the boar side quest. as such, everyone can and should participate.
