Once Upon a Fire

Nightlight was lazily gliding through the air,  her eyes slanted down in a relaxed manner. Her hair flowed behind her, sprinkled with different flickering stars before it calmed, falling around her as she stopped to hover. She was looking down with her colorless eyes towards the land below her...There was what looked like a star there, a strange color that stood out in the dense forest. She slowly floated down, perhaps it was just chance, but she felt a bit drawn to this light, at least enough to check it out. She had the time.

Night Light let out a soft sigh as she rested her fore head against the cool glass of the window besides her. There inside was a child peacefully sleeping, tucked away into the warmth of his blankets and sheets alike. Her white eyes softly gazed towards him, a content yet proud look shone through them. No one could see her, she never minded though, helping kids sleep easy was a wonderful feeling for her. A feeling she wouldn't trade for the world. 

Night Light took another breath before turning fully from the window, contemplating where to head to next. Perhaps she would take a moment and just enjoy the moons glow and the stars dancing above her. Yes it was nights like this she just liked to take a moment and really take in the atmosphere around her and above her. 

((Sorry I'm still new to this, but I hope you enjoy it. I have yet to actually read the books but after finding out there are some I plan to read them soon, If this is a problem please let me know, we could always hold off until I have read them if that's what you'd like?))

Night Light took a breath as she flew down towards the Warren, She wasn't usually one to be out in the day time but she hadn't seen an old friend for a while and realized he may not be to busy at the moment. "Hey there Bunnymund, long time no see, you still haven fun with your eggs then?" she asked with a small smile, floating down to hover over one of the rocks.
