I also make/repair guitars for a living. Luthiery is an art equaly relaxing and challenging. I admit most days there is at least one mental-breaking psycho killer moment when I want to tear apart the damn thing and burn my workshop down to the ground. But most of the time is a quite beautiful activity I want to spend long hours into, carving, sanding, ensambling... while listening to music/podcasts and drinking a cup of coffee. Feels good 🫰🏼

was thinking about Mary Osbourne-led to sam koontz who built her guitar (pat martino played a Koontz too) that led to the epiphone cuz many of the sam koontz guitars have oval holes on an arched top.... btw i played an ibanez howard roberts copy for many years. worked for me btw #2 the f-hole solid body guitar doesn*t exist-just a computer image of what i might call a “six string electric tenor saxophone”. I*m still a crazy old man  happy friday
