Showing actual, genuine attraction to him, and that includes from his already established quads lmao.

Regrets

None, Gurren is a man of decisive action, and even if he doesn’t do something he wants to do he quickly makes peace with it.

When Lagann beats him up as a practice dummy he gets a boner.

Anything. Flirtation? Yes. Platonic affection? Yes. Talking to her a lot? Yes. Being next to her and tall? Double Yes.

Okay but pref music genres for gurren, candle, jasper and echo ( if you can narrow echos down that is )

Gurren: Gramatik obvs, tho in general techno and any synthesized music, for example he likes Daft Punk as well

Candle: classical music, and surprisingly, club music

Jasper: saloon music obvs, tho heavily partial to southern fiddling cause he loves to emulate it

Echo: rock and techno if it had to be Narrowed but also disco and RnB

…being touched.

For Gurren touch is still a thing of extreme intimacy. He avoids it if he can but if someone like Py or Lagann touch him (aka someone he’s comfortable with) he gets all blushy and somewhat shy/bashful. But if someone he doesn’t know or doesn’t like touches him he’ll give them the worlds worst stink eye and saying “don’t touch me..”. Depending on the situation (like if it was just the two of them) he may accentuate those words by forcibly removing the offending limb from his person.

…how sensitive they are to insults.

Not sensitive at all. He’s had a wigglerhood full of offensive and derogatory insults so he’s developed a fairly thick skin. Even if his quadmates insult him (lookin at u Py) he brushes it off as unimportant.

…being complimented.

From strangers, he kinda takes those in stride. He knows his worth and he knows he’s good at his job so it’s nothing surprising, but still a slight mood booster. From Lagann or Py on the other hand, he takes it a lot more serious. These are people hes chosen as his equals, their word automatically has more weight than anybody else on the planet. At the very least a compliment from them will induce a full face blush, at most probably an addition of speechlessness or stuttering.

…how educated they are.

The short answer is Very. The long answer is since a young age, he’s hated being powerless and weak, and since his psyonics had no chance of getting stronger, that translated to him working not only his body to peak performance, but also his mind. Machines are his passion and his “power”, so he’s made it his business to know everything about mechanical engineering, from forging the materials himself to wiring, and peripherally mathematics and physics so he can understand his work and improve upon it. Everything is self taught because I don’t imagine a cutthroat world like Alternia has a comprehensive education program.  

…how they would describe their personality.

Serious. That’s how he thinks of himself. Though if pressed to elaborate he may also say thoughtful, detail oriented, and determined.
