You said a few months ago that GWTTMA was never meant to be a longer game or that you have no plans of expanding it. Would you be comfortable with someone else making a game based off of Sloan?

The short answer to this is unfortunately no, I would not be comfortable with that. I am fine with things like easter eggs or references to Sloan but a game based on him/heavily involving him is a hard no.

Fanfics and fanart I'm fine with as well but for me personally a game is too far. While it's true I have no plans on expanding it, there's a lot of nuance to Sloan's character (who is my own oc- not that it needs to be stated but I feel it's important to mention.) that wasn't shown in GWTTMA.

At the current point in time I don't intend on expanding GWTTMA even though I have an expansion/sequel idea drafted out for it. It's not fleshed out enough for me to consider actually expanding it and making it into something and I don't want someone else to "take the reigns" so to speak. Not to mention the fact that I do intend on using Sloan in other ways and GWTTMA isn't going to be the only place he shows up in.

I know this is asked with kindness and genuine curiousity so I hope I don't accidentally come off as rude or callous as it's not my intention. He is still my boy and I do genuinely think about him even if I'm not actively sharing things about him (also no one really seems that crazy interested in him so I never bring things up).

I hope this long answer vaguely explains my thoughts behind it and my reasoning, I've sat for most of today trying to word this properly so I hope it's conveyed well enough ;;
