always excited (and prepared) for his next tattoo, joe had brought his tattoo gun with him and all the things necessary for said tattoos because, like this case proves, you never know when an opportunity is going to show up. he didn’t have too many open spots, but there was a few and he was more than happy to let halsey tattoo him if she wanted. 

he gathered everything in the small duffle bag the instrument was in and headed to meet up at the agreed up on spot. when he spotted them, he smiled and nodded, holding up the bag. “feel like a tattoo artist today, ‘cause i sure do,” joe smiled. “fresh ink for the show seems pretty fitting,” he smiled.
