Recently to a trip to the borders, between Scotland & England and visited Vindolanda & Housesteads Roman Fort on Hadrian’s Wall. Here are a few pictures of both - of special interest are the excavation & consolidation works at Vindalanda where they’ve made some recent discoveries. See attached article
