general opinions: derek hale is my favorite character of all time (next to steve rogers). i love him so much, it’s actually getting a bit worrying. he’s such a complex character, and i love how he grew over the seasons. he has such a villainous background story but became a hero instead. he lost his entire family and build himself a new one, lost that one too, and i’m honestly so sad about that cause he deserves so much more than what he got.
he taught scott everything when scott was first bitten, and he was such a supportive wolf brother, even though scott used him a few times. he’s always so willing to sacrifice himself, and i have never been more proud of him than when he shifted into his wolf form and stood up for himself against kate like “i was evolving. something you’ll never do” !!!
as much as i miss derek, i’m glad he left that shit town. i hope he found somewhere where people care about him and appreciate him as much as he deserves to be appreciated, and i hope he’s with cora so he can be around the family he has left. i just really want him to be happy, cause he’s so precious to me and he deserves all good things in the world
seriously though, i’m always up for talking about derek hale, but don’t expect me not to cry because i definitely will
