There app is useless only works with certain phones, I used the web site to sign in most of the time then suddenly it decides it doesn't recognise my password I've been using for months. Only allows 5 attemps, and they want to bring in digital id?, Jesus god help us all. So now I have to wait and probably queue up for an hour at the bank to get served as usuals. Take me back to the good old days before all this digital nonsense.

Worse bank and app ever used
Worse bank and app ever used, if you go there your waiting for ages to get seen, their app is pure crap, I tried it months ago and gave up in the end just uninstalled it, tried it recently and guess what? No improvement, still same bull trying to sign in gives you a number I tried it 3 times and it didn't recognise it.

Take me back to the counter days not this app crap
Just tried to log into my halifax app, the first time it went all well then when I go to use it again it says I need to go through the password stages again so type in my password then my username, then numbers, then they send me a code I gave it them 4 times and it doesn't recognise it? Now I got to wait 7 days for a new password? What the hell is going on? I only want to check my balance take me back to the good ol days before apps and crap please.
