Jane Lawless is a restaurant owner in Minneapolis. She is also an advisor on the board of the Sorority that she attended in college. And, when one of the current members is found dead, she puts herself on the case because she doesn't believe like the police do that it was suicide. Instead she finds a wicked twisty turny mystery that puts her, and her friend Cordelia in a bit of danger.

I liked the mystery, and Jane, well, Jane took a little time to get used to. Her best friend Cordelia grew on me even more though. Also, yikes, it’s a 27 book series!
