Holiday Goals

I love the fall holidays but hate that during that time I have no time to make the decoration/gifts I want to make. Making decorations is cheap and I thoroughly enjoy it until I’ve cut out about 50 bats,15 hands and 20 snowflakes to tape to the walls. My hands hurt and I’m abit grumpy by the end of those projects.

So I’m going to start working on projects now. My friend wanted to do the  hands in the window thing at her place that I did last year but in her windows so amillion more hands are needed, really only a few dozen more but tell your hands that after cutting all of those out. So I am going to cut about 5-10 per week until October to help her out. If she does 5 per week herself her place will look awesome. I’m also going to make my snowflakes sturdier by mod-podging them and adding a little glitter not to much. I just think the ones I made 2 years back are about to fall apart and I plan on using some templates I found off of pinterest to make new nicer ones. Also didn't make a blog about those will get a picture up shortly.

Today I started a new project as well for Halloween. I’m making jack-o-lanterns from empty pasta jars and paint. I saw it somewhere online and I have the paint so why not.
