Slept without my CPAP last night but committed to getting up earlier so here I am. Good to get in a full #hamstringsandcalvesday . Even incorporated a new exercise, stiff-legged deadlifts in the hack squat machine. It feels weird to be sticking my booty out into the air but oh well.
